the location was fantastic for exploring local attractions! i loved the convenience of the check-in and check-out kiosks, they made everything quick and simple. the rooms were super clean, which i always value during my travels. checking in and out with the kiosks was such easy!!!
The toilet lid was broken. I really wished this was checked before i arrived.

i found the central location convenient to reach nearby hotels the check-in process was fast the room was clean and large. i appreciated the adequate amenities the bed was comfortable and i liked the available food options. self-parking was available for a daily fee.

i found a mini fridge in my go room 1 king high roller view non-smoking it kept my drinks cold i also appreciated the in-room safe for my valuables the blackout curtains were effective it helped me sleep well after long days. the hotel provided a good location it was easy to get to nearby attractions and restaurants.
the ice machine on my floor was out of service which was a minor inconvenience

the location worked perfectly for us. easy access to the promenade made it simple to explore. i loved how central it was, things i have yet to experience are plentiful. we found pinky's a very welcome addition, a spot i found myself gravitating toward.
i noticed some wear and tear in the room i occupied. i saw peeling wallpaper. the shower lacked a door or a proper curtain, water splashed out a lot.

I upgraded my room. It was worth it when friends visited. i got extra pillows and cups quickly from housekeeping. the staff was friendly. the hotel has a monorail station. It makes getting around easy (i didn't have to walk as much!).
the shower was warm, but not hot.
